About the Camp
The Ultimate Percussion Experience.
Treasure Coast Percussion Camp (TCPC) is an annual summer camp held in Vero Beach, FL that provides a week-long percussive experience to students in grades 6th-12th.
TCPC offers classes in all areas of percussion – concert, marching, drum set, hand drums, World Music and “unconventional” percussion instruments. Students in the Middle School Camp will travel together in small groups throughout the day to these classes that are typically 40 minutes in length and are hands-on. The High School Camps will focus on specialty areas - Mallets, Drum Set, and Marching Drumline. These tracks start by placing students in level-appropriate ensembles or smaller groups for a truly unique experience. Professionals in the field teach the classes and share their expertise in age-appropriate, ability-based workshops. Students learn about basic techniques to advanced musical concepts and ensemble performance. Nationally recognized clinicians and artists from all over the country deliver insightful masterclasses and inspiring concerts.
What a day at TCPC looks like:
Middle School Track
Middle School Track is a half-day camp where students are grouped by their grade level and rotate between 3 sessions a day, roughly 1 hour for each session. The camp day usually ends with a masterclass or performance by our guest clinicians.

Our High School Tracks are separated into 3 focus areas. Students will have the option to register for 1, 2, or all 3 tracks. We break the tracks down by assigning smaller groups or ensembles allowing time to rehearse in sections and in their ensembles.
